Responding to EU PPWR: Vacuum Embossed Bags Upgraded to PE/PE Mono-Material, 95% Recyclable
Since the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, EU 2025/40) and its full implementation starting August 12, 2026, the global packaging has
been forced to focus on recyclable economy. To meet EU's low-carbon principle, our company has updated the core product---mono-material PE Embossing Vacuum bag. We abandoned traditional material structure Nylon/PE, changes to brand new structure PE/PE.

Our update strickly according to PPWR core principle ---95% ratio mono-material. At the same time, we maintain its puncture resistance, embossing air-exhaust design and high barrier performance. This structure is no longer difficult to seperate while in recycling and processing. After washing, pelletizing and reprocessing, it can be efficiently recycled and reused, reducing resource consumption and waste discharge, and supporting green supply chain upgrading for customers.

However, PPWR starts to forbid 95%-less package bag enter EU from 2030. There are still 3 years' time. Going forward, we will keep pace with evolving global environmental regulations, deepen R&D in mono-material, high-recyclability and lightweight design. We will build a circular packaging ecosystem with global customers and shape a low-carbon future together.
